 We follow a proactive safety framework that includes:

• Safeguarding Procedures — All staff are trained to recognise, respond to and report safeguarding concerns in line with UK statutory guidance.
• Activity Risk Assessments — Every craft activity, workshop and play zone is assessed for potential hazards, with control measures in place to minimise risk.
• Environment Checks — Daily inspections ensure the space, equipment and materials are safe, clean and appropriate for children aged 4–11.
• Supervision Standards — Staff maintain clear visibility, active engagement and age‑appropriate ratios throughout the session.
